Summary The Project Manager is responsible for supporting both internal and external operations by overseeing the estimating, job conversion, and production management processes. The ideal candidate is organized, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys managing multiple projects while sustaining a strong focus on accuracy and meeting deadlines. The Project Manager will also play an integral role in executing tasks for festivals, events, and tradeshows. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Create accurate estimates for both internal and external jobs based on the specifications provided by the Sales Team Provide timely and accurate quotes to the Sales team, knowing speed and accuracy is essential to securing business from our customers Revise estimates as needed based on project scope changes or updated requirements Convert approved estimates into actionable jobs in the system Conduct inventory analysis and prepare reports for the Sales Executive to review and approve Write inventory replenishment jobs to maintain appropriate stock levels Manage the lifecycle of both internal and external jobs, ensuring timely completion and adherence to specifications Create and manage POD (Print on Demand), BOD (Build on Demand) and customized jobs Manage dropship jobs coming in from the store and track delivery Monitor and manage back-orders, ensuring communication and resolution in a timely manner Execute tasks associated with preparation for festivals, events, and tradeshows, including job creation, coordination, and logistics Manage critical dates to ensure all jobs move through the facility seamlessly Communicate any changes to jobs to the Sales Team to communicate those updates to the customer Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. 1-2+ years of experience in project coordination, administrative support, estimating, job management, or related roles Previous experience supporting events or trade shows, preferred Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, Outlook and Teams Strong written and verbal communication skills Commitment to upholding the Powertex Employee Handbook in all situations and assisting in creating/maintaining a positive and welcoming environment for all Lead by example and carry a strong "Can Do" attitude Drive to integrate company ETHOS into the foundation of our daily activities Interest in production, logistics, or merchandising workflows
