Adams, Inc. is a growing, family-owned contractor serving Wisconsin and Northern Illinois. We deliver high-quality electrical, generator, HVAC, plumbing, solar, and smart home solutions to residential, commercial, and industrial customers. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Commercial & Industrial Electrical Division and help lead projects from award through completion. Position Summary The Commercial & Industrial Electrical Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, executing, and managing commercial and industrial electrical construction projects. This role oversees project schedules, budgets, manpower, customer relationships, and overall project success while ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Key Responsibilities Manage projects from contract award through completion Develop project schedules, manpower plans, and procurement strategies Monitor budgets, labor productivity, and project profitability Manage change orders and contract modifications Coordinate customers, contractors, vendors, and field personnel Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget Maintain strong customer relationships and support business growth Visit jobsites regularly to monitor progress and support field teams Qualifications Minimum 5 years of commercial or industrial electrical construction experience required Project management experience required Wisconsin Journeyman or Master Electrician License preferred (not required) OSHA 30 certification preferred Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams, and project management software Experience Level Salary Range Developing PM (0-2 years C&I PM experience) | $95,000- $110,000 Independent PM (3-5 years C&I PM experience) | $110,000
- $130,000 Senior PM (6-10 years C&I PM experience) | $130,000
- $150,000 High Performer (11+ years C&I PM experience) | $150,000+ Benefits Adams, Inc.
