This role will coordinate cross-functional teams, track project milestones, maintain documentation, and help keep commercialization projects moving forward. Key Responsibilities Support project planning, scheduling, and progress tracking Coordinate meetings, communications, timelines, and status updates Manage low-complexity commercialization projects Maintain project documentation and trackers in SharePoint and Smartsheet Identify risks and escalate issues as needed Prepare reports and presentations for leadership Support compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standard
Requirements:
2+ years of project coordination experience Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred Food & beverage or food manufacturing experience strongly preferred Familiarity with SharePoint, Smartsheet, or similar project management tools Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment If you're organized, adaptable, and passionate about continuous improvement, we'd love to hear from you.
