Job Description:
Lead small to mid-scale IT projects and functional initiatives within the ITDS area, managing priorities and deliverables with confidence. Apply advanced project management concepts and tools to keep projects on track, on budget, and on time. Develop comprehensive project plans, break work into actionable steps, and drive effective execution. Continuously assess project performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and make adjustments to optimize outcomes. Partner closely with IT and business stakeholders across the enterprise.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree: Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Project Management, or related field. 1-4 years' experience in project management or group facilitation, Preferred Project management mastery: Demonstrated knowledge and application of advanced concepts and tools (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
Collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders at all levels.
Desired experience:
