Project Delivery:
Strong self-perform capabilities Job Description Lead overall project planning, execution, and delivery from preconstruction through completion. Manage project budgets, costs, contracts, cash flow, and financial performance. Direct project teams, subcontractors, consultants, and key stakeholders to ensure alignment. Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and recovery plans. Oversee construction quality, safety, compliance, and adherence to project requirements. Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues, changes, and conflicts proactively.
