Join Our Team! Are you passionate about construction technology, BIM modeling, and bringing projects to life before they hit the field? We're looking for a VDC Coordinator to help lead the development and coordination of detailed electrical system models that support successful project planning, prefabrication, and installation. What You'll Do Create and coordinate 3D and 2D electrical models using Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD . Develop detailed construction and prefabrication drawings. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, field teams, and trade partners to resolve design and constructability challenges. Lead coordination efforts, identify clashes, and help streamline project workflows. Support field layout, prefabrication planning, and model-based construction activities. Maintain project documentation and ensure modeling standards are met. What We're Looking For 3-5 years of experience in VDC, BIM, or CAD modeling within construction or the electrical industry. Strong proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD . Understanding of electrical systems, construction workflows, and constructability principles. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field is a plus, but not required. Why Join Us?
