Description:

The McHenry Management Group (TMMG) is seeking an Integrated Master Schedule Lead to support the Landing Ship Medium (LSM) Program. The Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) Lead is responsible for developing, managing, and governing the program level schedule that integrates all phases of ship construction, including material procurement, unit fabrication, outfitting, system integration, testing, startup, and trials. This role ensures that the IMS accurately reflects the full sequence of activities and milestones required to deliver the ship, from early long lead procurement through delivery and post delivery work. Working across engineering, planning, operations, supply chain, quality, and test organizations, the IMS Lead provides the authoritative schedule framework that aligns all departments to program objectives. Through proactive analysis, schedule health monitoring, and critical path governance, the IMS Lead ensures schedule integrity, identifies and mitigates risks, and provides leadership with clear, data driven insight into schedule performance and forecasted outcomes.
  • Responsible for the preparation and tracking of all assigned project schedules
  • Facilitates regular communication with project/program managers on the status of assigned projects
  • Coordinates the implementation of customer solutions through development of Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), project schedule development, schedule tracking, schedule analysis and reporting
  • Performs complex evaluations of existing procedures, processes and tools related to reporting and managing project estimates, schedule control, risk management, and cost control
  • Administers and coordinates the development, integration and maintenance of the master schedule
  • Provides expertise and technical training on scheduling issues associated with project planning, execution and control
  • Mentor's peers, PMs and project teams on scheduling related issues
  • Provides guidance on the effective use of project management tools
  • Evaluates developments and improvements in project management software technology and assesses suitability for use on assigned projects
  • Demonstrated expertise with project scheduling tools, project management methodologies, Ship Construction, and Quality Assurance processes
