Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role based in Hartland, WI. The Project Manager oversees residential construction projects from planning through completion, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with expeditors, trade partners, and suppliers, managing logistics for materials and inspections, and monitoring site progress. The role also involves reviewing plans, organizing inspections, resolving issues that arise on-site, and maintaining consistent communication with clients and internal teams. The Project Manager is expected to maintain safety standards, document project status, and support continuous improvements in construction processes. Qualifications Candidates should possess skills in Project Management and Inspection to oversee construction quality and compliance. Candidates should possess skills in Expeditor and Expediting to coordinate permits, materials, and scheduling with vendors and trades. Candidates should possess skills in Logistics Management to manage material deliveries, site scheduling, and resource allocation. Experience in residential construction or home building, with knowledge of building codes and inspection procedures. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Proficiency with project management software and basic computer applications; ability to interpret construction plans and specifications. Ability to work on-site in Hartland, WI, collaborate with field staff, and maintain a safety-focused work environment. Relevant education or certification in construction management, project management, or a related field is preferred.
