Job Description

Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of various projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-focused mindset. This position is perfect for individuals looking to grow their project management skills. Duties Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Blueprint reading and project take off work Assist in the development of detailed project plans, including timelines and resource allocation. Coordinate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks and milestones. Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including schedules, reports, and meeting notes. Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Utilize internal programs as well as word, excel and other computer software for budgeting and tracking project expenses. Manage office functions related to project activities, including file organization and office management tasks. Demonstrate effective phone etiquette while communicating with clients. Requirements Proven experience in customer service or office management roles. Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar financial software is preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in using computer systems and phone systems for effective communication. Experience in the construction industry is advantageous. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated. Strong attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
