JOB OPPORTUNITY

We are currently seeking a Project Manager / Architect to join our Green Bay Architectural Team with strong project management skills and the ability to lead teams. RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Development

• collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop successful solutions for their current and long-term goals. Project Management
• assign tasks and schedules to project team members, promote a collaborative work environment, and monitor project progress. Project Design/Coordination
• develop design and coordinate design teams involving facility assessments, programming, and design efforts for governmental and commercial projects. Project Delivery Coordination
• lead project delivery alternatives, bidding, negotiations, and contract development. Construction Services Coordination
• Coordination of contract administration, and construction management efforts for mid to high level complexity projects

QUALIFICATIONS

Qualified candidates must have a minimum of 10 years architectural experience, with at least 5 years of recent Project Manager experience. Experienced in the design and project delivery for governmental, commercial, educational, industrial, and residential projects. The ability to work with and lead teams. Strong organizational and communication skills. 2+ years of previous experience with Revit is preferred. Experience in proposal preparation, contract negotiations and client management, with a proven history of leading and winning proposals, is a plus. Excellent presentation, graphics, written, and verbal communication skills Bachelor's degree in Architecture or experience in lieu of education is required with licensure in Wisconsin; ability to be licensed in other states is preferred.
