Allan Talent Solutions, LLC is seeking a Project Manager for a prestigious residential construction company in Oconomowoc, WI. As Project Manager, you will take ownership of assigned residential remodeling and custom home projects, coordinating the people, processes, schedule, budget, and details required to bring each project successfully across the finish line. You will work closely with clients, architects, designers, subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to ensure projects are well-planned, financially sound, on schedule, and built to high standards. What You'll Do Lead residential remodeling and custom home projects from preconstruction through completion and warranty transition. Partner with the design team to provide constructability, budgeting, scheduling, and construction expertise. Review plans, specifications, selections, and existing conditions to identify risks and scope gaps before construction begins. Develop and manage project budgets, estimates, scopes of work, schedules, contracts, and change orders. Solicit, evaluate, and coordinate subcontractors and vendors. Manage procurement, long-lead materials, trade sequencing, inspections, and project milestones. Monitor project costs, commitments, forecasts, billings, and overall financial performance. Conduct jobsite and project meetings while maintaining accurate project documentation. Maintain high standards for craftsmanship, quality, safety, cleanliness, and organization. Serve as the primary day-to-day client contact and provide proactive, professional communication throughout the project. Identify challenges early, develop solutions, and take ownership through resolution. Lead projects through punch list, closeout, final billing, and client turnover. What We're Looking For 5+ years of residential construction project management experience, including remodeling and custom home construction. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Construction Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered. Strong understanding of residential construction methods, materials, sequencing, and building systems. Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings, specifications, contracts, and financial reports. Demonstrated experience with estimating, budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor management, and change orders. Strong financial and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Excellent communication and client relationship skills. Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously. Proficiency with project management, estimating, scheduling, document management, spreadsheet, and accounting software. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Pay:
$90,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
