Job Description

If you're at your best when you know the drawings, know what's happening in the field, and know exactly where the budget and schedule stand, this could be worth a conversation. You'll take ownership of ground-up commercial construction projects from preconstruction through final payment—working directly with owners, architects, engineers, superintendents, and subcontractors to keep the job moving. What you'll do: Own project schedules, budgets, documentation, and overall execution from preconstruction through closeout. Review plans and specs, attend pre-bid meetings, and help develop scopes and estimates. Coordinate architects, engineers, MEPFP trades, owners, and field teams to solve issues before they become delays. Lead your field superintendent and subcontractors while keeping everyone aligned on schedule, safety, and quality. Manage RFIs, change orders, subcontractor scopes, contracts, and project documentation in Procore. Run preconstruction and weekly progress meetings and keep owners informed. Track project costs, review bids, negotiate subcontracts, and prepare change-order estimates.
What you get:
This is a role for someone who wants real project ownership. You won't be buried in one narrow piece of the process—you'll have visibility and responsibility from the estimate through construction and closeout.
Who you are:
You're a commercial construction PM who understands what it takes to get a building out of the ground. You can read drawings, manage multiple moving pieces, communicate comfortably with an owner, and hold your own with experienced supers and subcontractors. Ground-up commercial construction experience is important, and you should be comfortable working in Procore. Five years of construction experience is preferred, but proven project experience matters more than checking every box. Want the project details before you decide anything?
