Create, manage, and communicate project design schedules, staffing forecasts, and project execution plans.

Oversee project financial controls, including fee estimates, budgets, revenue forecasts, and change order management.

Identify, track, and escalate potential project risks to leadership while maintaining quality review cycles.

Lead monthly project review meetings covering financial metrics, project status, and client health.
