Extension is seeking a Project Manager for a direct hire opportunity with a growing manufacturing organization located in Port Washington, WI. About Our Client Established and growing manufacturing organization experiencing continued growth Collaborative, team-oriented environment with strong cross-department communication Opportunity to work directly with customers and internal teams to bring new products into production Competitive salary and long-term career stability Key Objectives / Role Responsibilities Manage the quotation process and oversee the transition of new business into manufacturing Serve as the primary liaison between customers, internal teams, and vendors to ensure project success Collaborate with Engineering and Plant leadership to determine labor rates and project requirements for quotes Communicate project timelines, production schedules, material requirements, and equipment availability with plant personnel Coordinate with Purchasing and internal teams to obtain and manage raw material specifications Maintain quoting documentation and historical pricing databases Ensure customer expectations are met through strong project coordination and customer service Desired Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred Experience in a manufacturing or contract manufacturing environment 3+ years of project management experience Strong communication skills with the ability to work across multiple teams and organizational levels Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools Strong problem-solving, analytical, and customer relationship management skills Salary Information $70k - $90k/year We're looking forward to connecting with you and are excited to help you make your next career move!
