Job Description

Seeking a Maintenance Planner with at least four years of experience supporting high-speed packaging, processing, or manufacturing equipment. This position will support our maintenance department which runs 24/7 across 3 shifts. Must have strong technical expertise and the ability to apply electrical and mechanical principles in hands-on environments, paired with exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities Uphold safety, health, and environmental standards, ensuring full compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations at all times. Plan, schedule, and coordinate maintenance activities to maximize efficiency, including identifying required parts, materials, tools, and external services. Analyze maintenance and operational data, prepare reports, and provide actionable recommendations to improve equipment reliability and plant performance. Procure and manage parts, supplies, and inventory to ensure timely execution of maintenance work. Develop and manage maintenance schedules, establishing benchmarks for safety, efficiency, and reliability. Oversee invoices, purchase orders, contractor work, and ongoing work orders to ensure accuracy and completion. Maintain and optimize the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to track work orders, labor allocation, and contractor utilization. Support and track Bottom Line Impact Projects (BLIPs) to drive operational and cost improvements. Manage Group Sheets and Purchase Order Requests (PORs) to maintain workflow accuracy and financial tracking. Serve as a liaison between the company and external vendors to coordinate services and maintain strong partnerships.
