Job Description

The Project Manager plays a pivotal role, ensuring that every project is executed efficiently, strategically, and in full alignment with customer and organizational goals. Acting as the central point of coordination, the Project Manager bridges communication between internal teams and customers, fostering collaboration, accountability, and transparency throughout the project lifecycle. By effectively managing scope, schedules, risks, and budgets, the Project Manager provides the structure and leadership needed to deliver successful outcomes. Their guidance enables technical teams to focus on innovation and execution while maintaining strict adherence to timelines, quality standards, safety requirements, and customer expectations. This role requires strong project leadership, cross-functional coordination, and a solid understanding of robotics, automation technologies, and industrial manufacturing environments.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Manage customer communication, ensuring clear scope definition, progress updates, and alignment with customer objectives. Lead all phases of automation projects from internal kickoff through the warranty period. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations. Coordinate cross-functional teams, including mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, assembly and installation, and programming. Oversee vendor and subcontractor performance and procurement milestones. Identify and mitigate project risks, actively solving issues that arise during the lifecycle of the project. Maintain compliance with safety, quality, and industry standards. Track and report project performance metrics, including schedule adherence and quality benchmarks.
