Key Responsibilities:

Experience all aspects of construction process, from Pre-Construction to Closeout Estimate projects Review construction documents for completeness and constructability Define scopes and negotiate contracts Manage subcontractors, material deliveries, safety compliance and quality control Identify methods to ensure efficiency and successful project completion Provide support to Project Managers as requested

Summary of Qualifications:

Enrolled in a Construction Management or Business program Excellent written and verbal communication skills Enthusiasm and professionalism Ability to work in a fast-paced environment A highly motivated self-starter
