We're looking for someone who takes ownership. Someone who thrives under pressure, communicates exceptionally well, solves problems before they become problems, and is passionate about delivering an experience our customers can't stop talking about. At Overhead Solutions, we believe installing a roof is only part of what we do. We create an experience that homeowners remember long after the last nail is installed. If you're someone who loves fast-paced days, takes pride in your work, enjoys building relationships, and wants to be part of an incredible team, we'd love to meet you. Compensation $75,000 Annual Salary 1% Performance Bonus Opportunity on Every Project Bonuses are earned based on achieving our Project Manager Scorecard expectations, customer experience, communication, quality, and job performance. What You'll Be Responsible For As a Project Manager, you'll own your projects from the time production begins until the final payment is collected.
Responsibilities include:
Serving as the primary point of contact for homeowners throughout the project. Providing exceptional communication before, during, and after installation. Coordinating with subcontractors to ensure projects run efficiently. Ordering, delivering, or picking up materials when necessary. Pulling and dumping dump trailers when needed. Visiting job sites throughout the day to ensure quality and safety standards are being met. Solving problems quickly and professionally. Managing project schedules while keeping customers informed. Completing documentation and project updates within our CRM. Collecting final payment and ensuring customer satisfaction before closing the project. What Makes Someone Successful The single most important skill for this role is time management. Our Project Managers often manage multiple projects simultaneously while balancing customer communication, subcontractor coordination, material needs, and unexpected challenges. The ability to prioritize, stay organized, communicate proactively, and adapt throughout the day is essential. We're looking for someone who: Has exceptional organizational skills. Is self-motivated and doesn't wait to be told what to do. Communicates confidently with homeowners and crews. Takes ownership of problems and finds solutions. Can remain calm under pressure. Has a strong work ethic and positive attitude. Thrives in a fast-paced environment. Wants to continuously improve. The Reality of the Role Let's be honest... This isn't a typical Monday-Friday, 8-to-5 job. Our goal is always to operate Monday through Friday, but Mother Nature doesn't always cooperate. Weather delays, customer needs, production schedules, and seasonal demand sometimes require flexibility. During our busy season, there will be early mornings, long days, and occasionally evenings or weekends to ensure our customers receive the level of service they've come to expect. If you're looking for a job where every day ends at 4:30, this probably isn't the right fit. If you're looking for a career where your effort directly impacts customers, teammates, and your own success, you'll fit right in. Our Customer Experience Customer experience isn't just something we talk about. It's something we're obsessed with. Every phone call. Every text message. Every job site visit. Every interaction matters. We believe communication is just as important as craftsmanship, and we're looking for someone who shares that belief.
Our goal is simple:
Deliver such an incredible experience that our customers can't wait to recommend Overhead Solutions to their friends and family. Why Overhead Solutions? Because this team is different. We work hard. We hold each other accountable. We celebrate wins. We support one another. We genuinely care about our customers and each other. This is a demanding role, but you'll never do it alone. You'll be surrounded by people who are committed to helping one another succeed and building something we're all proud to be a part of. Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to lift and carry materials as needed. Comfortable climbing ladders and walking roofs. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to use technology and CRM software. Roofing, construction, or exterior remodeling experience preferred. If This Sounds Like You... If you're a self-starter who takes pride in your work, enjoys helping people, and wants to build a long-term career with one of Wisconsin's premier exterior remodeling companies, we'd love to hear from you. Join the Overhead Solutions team and help us continue setting the standard for customer experience, craftsmanship, and culture.
