Project Manager / Customer Support

Job Overview:

We are seeking a Project Manager / Customer Support person to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong maintenance background

• preferably aviation , experience with computers and will be responsible for providing customer support and training to customers who are using our custom software. Travel is required
• Initially to Texas and Nevada.

Responsibilities:

• Installing software at airlines and MROs and managing the project
• Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat
• Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
• Utilize excellent phone etiquette when interacting with customers
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through exceptional service

Skills:

• Strong communication skills
• Strong maintenance background
• Prior experience in customer service roles
• Proficient in data entry tasks
• Knowledge of phone etiquette best practices

Job Type:

$50,000.00

• $150,000.
