Job Description

Basic Function and Scope of Responsibilities:
A Project Manager manages and assists all aspects of our construction projects, pre-bid, post-bid, through job completion. Closely working with subcontractors, suppliers, engineers, and other project managers. Also works with GPS surveying techniques and construction staking.
Primary Responsibilities:
Research engineer and state websites for future bidding opportunities Gather pre-bid information, including calling subcontractors/suppliers and attending pre bid walk throughs Develop and track submittals Work with other project managers to communicate the needs of personnel, start times, mobilizations, durations, and completion requirements. Maintain and create relationships with subcontractors and suppliers Ensure all permitting is completed and submitted Work together with team on job scheduling Manager, verify, and complete purchase orders/quotes, work orders, and supplier invoices Complete blueprint and plan take offs for scope of work and quantities
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED Must have a valid driver's license with ability to get CDL Able to work overtime as required Having a full understanding of bonds, permits, schedules, penalties, and scope of work Ability to establish new contacts through phone and appointments Ability to manage multiple tasks, project coordination, and interactions with other design services Full use of Microsoft products Work in a fast-paced environment that is in a growth mode • Ability to utilize survey field equipment
Pay:
$25.00 - $35.00 per hour
