We take pride in transforming bathrooms into stunning, modern spaces. We are looking for a detail-oriented, driven Shower Door Estimator to join our expanding team and help us turn incoming leads into beautifully executed projects.

Responsibilities:

As our Shower Door Estimator, you will serve as a vital bridge between our clients and our installation team.

Your core responsibilities will include:

Generating Quotes:

Reviewing project blueprints, architectural drawings, or customer measurements to provide accurate, competitive, and timely estimates for frameless, semi-frameless, and framed shower enclosures.

Client Communication:

Engaging with homeowners, contractors, and designers via phone, email, or showroom visits to discuss design options, hardware finishes, and glass types.

Order Processing:

Translating approved estimates into precise manufacturing and ordering tickets for our suppliers/fabricators.

Collaboration:

Partnering closely with our field measurement and installation crews to ensure seamless project execution from start to finish.

What We're Looking For Experience:

Minimum [2-4] years of experience in construction estimating, glass/glazing, or the home improvement industry (shower door experience is a huge plus!).

Technical Skills:

Ability to read blueprints, interpret field measurements, and master industry-specific estimating software.

Detail-Oriented:

Exceptional math skills and high attention to detail to ensure zero costly measurement or quoting errors.

Communication:

Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with a professional, problem-solving attitude.

Reliability:

High level of organization and time-management to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
