Oversee daily construction site activities, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, schematics, blueprints, and contract specifications. Utilize construction management software such as ProCore, HeavyBid, Civil 3D, and Bluebeam to track progress, manage documentation, and facilitate efficient project workflows. Prepare accurate construction estimates by leveraging experience in construction estimating techniques and review contracts to ensure compliance with project requirements. Monitor project budgets, manage change orders, and control costs without compromising quality or safety standards. Conduct regular site inspections to verify work quality, review schematics and blueprints for accuracy, and address any issues promptly. Facilitate project meetings to update stakeholders on progress, risks, and upcoming tasks while maintaining strict time management practices. Ensure all aspects of project management align with industry best practices for construction management and site safety regulations. Qualifications Proven experience in construction site management with a strong background in civil or heavy civil projects. Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6, ProCore, Bluebeam, Civil 3D, HeavyBid, and other construction management tools. Solid understanding of construction estimating processes and contract administration. Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately. Experience with project scheduling techniques to optimize timelines and resource allocation. Familiarity with construction site safety protocols and regulatory compliance standards. Excellent communication skills for effective project coordination among diverse teams and stakeholders.
