We're looking for a Project Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing customer relationships, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, securing bids, and managing projects through successful completion. Working alongside our sales, purchasing, and operations teams, you'll help customers navigate solutions, coordinate projects, follow up on opportunities, and ensure an exceptional experience from start to finish. Competitive hourly wage Monday-Friday schedule Health and wellness insurances Annual paid time off and sick leave Retirement Professional training and ongoing support Opportunities for advancement as our company continues to grow What You'll Do Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities across government markets Manage bids and proposals from opportunity identification through award and project completion Follow up on quotes, bids, and customer opportunities to help close business Coordinate with customers, vendors, manufacturers, and internal teams to keep projects moving forward Monitor project timelines, deliveries, and key milestones Communicate project updates clearly and professionally with all stakeholders Review project documentation, specifications, quotes, and orders for accuracy Proactively identify and resolve issues that could impact project success Maintain accurate customer, project, and activity records Collaborate with teammates to ensure customers receive an exceptional experience Consistently contribute to company growth and performance objectives What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is organized, professional, and motivated to take ownership of their work. The ideal candidate enjoys solving problems, communicating with others, and ensuring projects move forward successfully. You'll be successful in this role if you are: Highly organized with strong time management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities A confident communicator by phone, email, and in person Comfortable working with technology, Microsoft Office, and business software in a professional office environment Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and commitment to getting the job done Detail-oriented and focused on accuracy A proactive problem solver who takes initiative Driven by results and motivated to help secure and close business opportunities Dependable and accountable for following projects through to completion Comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with teammates Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of office, project coordination, customer service, account management, operations, or related experience preferred Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and business software systems Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills Experience with ERP, CRM, or project management software is a plus Professional, dependable, and customer-focused High School Diploma or GED required Grow With Us Successful projects are built on strong communication, organization, and accountability.
