Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Project Manager to lead and coordinate complex infrastructure projects from inception to completion. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee all phases of construction, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction management, excellent leadership skills, and proficiency with industry-standard software tools. Duties Lead the planning, execution, and closing of construction projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget parameters Coordinate project schedules using Primavera P6 and other construction scheduling tools to optimize workflow and resource allocation Manage teams across multiple disciplines, including subcontractors, engineers, and vendors, fostering clear communication and collaboration Oversee construction schedule coordination, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones and adherence to project timelines Monitor project costs through effective cost management practices, including budgeting, forecasting, and change order control Review blueprints, schematics, and contracts to ensure compliance with design specifications and regulatory standards Ensure construction site safety protocols are followed diligently to maintain a safe working environment Utilize construction management software project documentation, tracking progress, and reporting Requirements Proven experience managing complex infrastructure or heavy civil construction projects with a strong emphasis on project scheduling and cost control Solid understanding of construction estimating, blueprint reading, contracts administration, and regulatory compliance standards Demonstrated ability to manage teams effectively in a fast-paced construction environment Strong knowledge of construction site safety practices and site experience is essential Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously Familiarity with managing construction budgets and overseeing project scope from schematic design through completion Ability to read schematics accurately and interpret technical drawings for project execution Join us as a Project Manager if you're passionate about leading impactful infrastructure projects!
