SUMMARY:
Plans and coordinates activities of designated jobs to ensure that goals or objectives of the jobs are accomplished within the prescribed timeframe and parameters by performing the following duties personally.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage assigned projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and high‑quality results Maintain accurate project data and documentation within company systems Prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines and manage a high‑volume workload Provide responsive, professional customer service and support to clients and internal teams Communicate clearly and collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals Use strong problem‑solving skills to address challenges and deliver solutions Foster a positive and respectful team environment High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred 6-12 months of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to follow instructions and solve problems in a structured environment Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office, email, and internet navigation Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) We are an equal opportunity employer and consider all applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, or any other protected status under applicable law.
