Ultimate Roofing | Morgantown, WV Full-Time | Company Vehicle Provided Ultimate Roofing, one of the largest roofing companies in the Mid-Atlantic, is looking for an experienced Roofing Project Manager to join our growing production team. Our Project Managers are responsible for overseeing active roofing, siding, and gutter projects and the crews completing the work . This is a hands-on field position focused on keeping projects on schedule, maintaining quality standards, solving jobsite issues, communicating with homeowners, and ensuring every project is completed correctly from start to finish. We currently complete projects throughout West Virginia, Pennsylvania, Ohio, and Maryland . What You'll Be Responsible For Oversee multiple active roofing, siding, and gutter projects Manage and coordinate the installation crews performing the work Review scopes of work, measurements, photos, material orders, and project requirements before installation Make sure crews understand the complete scope before work begins Visit active jobsites and monitor project progress Perform quality-control inspections throughout installation Make sure crews follow proper installation procedures and company standards Identify workmanship issues and have them corrected before the project is completed Monitor schedules and help keep projects moving efficiently Coordinate additional or missing materials when needed Identify and document damaged decking and other unforeseen conditions Document additional work and potential change orders Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the project Handle homeowner questions, concerns, and jobsite issues Ensure crews properly protect landscaping, siding, windows, driveways, HVAC equipment, decks, and other areas of the property Monitor jobsite safety and cleanliness Make sure crews perform proper cleanup, including debris and nail removal Complete final inspections and create punch lists when necessary Ensure punch-list items are corrected before closing out the project Maintain accurate job photos, notes, and documentation in JobNimbus Keep the production team updated on job progress, delays, material issues, and homeowner concerns What We're Looking For We want someone with real exterior construction experience who understands what a properly completed job should look like. Ideal candidates should have experience with roofing, siding, and gutters , along with the ability to manage installation crews and multiple projects at the same time. Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and customer-service skills are essential. The right person should be able to walk onto a jobsite, understand what's happening, identify problems, communicate expectations to the crew, and make decisions that keep the project moving. A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record are required. Candidates must also be comfortable climbing ladders, inspecting roofs, working outdoors, and traveling throughout our service area.
