Job Description

Property Management Assistant - Maverick Management Fairbanks / North Pole, Alaska Maverick Management is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Property Management Assistant to support our growing property management team throughout Fairbanks and North Pole. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in real estate and property management while working in a fast-paced environment alongside an experienced local team. We are specifically looking for someone with exceptional attention to detail — someone who naturally notices problems others miss, keeps things organized, follows through consistently, and takes pride in doing things correctly the first time. If you are the type of person who enjoys organization, catches mistakes quickly, keeps lists and systems in order, and thrives in structured environments, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
Assist with move-in inspections and move-out inspections Conduct rental showings for prospective tenants Help coordinate maintenance and vendor scheduling Document property conditions with detailed notes and photos Assist with tenant communication and follow-up Manage keys, files, and office organization Support leasing operations and administrative tasks Run local errands and assist with day-to-day property operations Help maintain accurate records and documentation
Requirements:
Strong organizational skills and high level attention to detail Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Comfortable working both in the office and out in the field Professional communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment Comfortable learning property management software and office systems Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated Must be willing to work toward obtaining an
Alaska Real Estate License Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in real estate, property management, office administration, or customer service Strong computer and data entry skills Ability to problem solve and work independently Familiarity with maintenance coordination or housing environments is a plus Real Estate license for
State of Alaska Schedule:
Part-time to start (2-3 days per week with opportunity for additional hours and long-term growth and full time employment.
