NOW HIRING - PROPERTY MANAGER

Mobile Home Community We are looking for a dependable, motivated, and organized Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of two mobile home communities.

Responsibilities include:

Leasing homes and lots Collecting rent and following up on delinquent accounts Resident communication and customer service Coordinating maintenance and property needs Conducting property inspections Marketing available homes and maintaining occupancy Handling paperwork, reports, and general office duties Enforcing community rules and policies

Ideal Candidate:

Strong communication and organizational skills Comfortable using computers and technology Able to work independently and handle multiple priorities Professional and customer-service focused Property management or leasing experience preferred Mobile home community experience is a plus, but not required
