What You'll Do :

As Property Manager, you'll oversee the full operation of the community — from financial performance to resident happiness. Drive the financial success of the property Keep reports, records, and budgets accurate and on time Hire, train, coach, and inspire an amazing team Lead with a positive, professional, customer-focused attitude Maximize leasing, pre-leasing, and resident retention Ensure every resident and prospect has a 5-star experience Direct daily operations of maintenance, housekeeping, and leasing Manage risk, safety, and loss prevention Create engaging marketing, outreach, and retention programs Maintain organized employee and leasing records Stay compliant with Fair Housing laws and company policies Participate in ongoing training and development What We're Looking For... 2+ years of property management experience preferred (Education + experience combo welcome!)
