Schedule :
Monday - Friday, 2:30 PM - 8:00

Rainbow Omega, Inc. is a faith-based, non-profit organization providing vocational and residential care programs to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Our campus community focuses on creating independent, dignified, and loving home environments for our residents. We are seeking a compassionate, structured Part-Time House Manager to oversee daily evening living operations in our residential group homes. Position Summary The Part-Time House Manager provides vital supervision, life skills coaching, and care for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities during the afternoon and evening hours. In this role, you will act as the anchor of the home, leading, teaching, and assisting residents through their daily routines while ensuring a safe, nurturing, and clean-living environment.
Key Responsibilities Life Skills Mentorship :
Guide, instruct, and assist residents with essential daily living skills, including cooking nutritious meals, routine cleaning, laundry, and maintaining personal hygiene.
Activity Coordination:
Facilitate and engage residents in meaningful, fun afternoon and evening activities to enhance their quality of life.
Home Operations:
Maintain general order, safety, and oversight within the group home during shift hours.
Dignity & Care:
Foster a supportive household environment that prioritizes the personal preferences, independence, and dignity of every resident.
Job Requirements & Qualifications Experience :
One (1) year of experience working with intellectually disabled individuals is preferred.
Education :
High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
Age Requirement:
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Licensing :
Must possess a valid Driver's License.
Background Checks:
A clear pre-employment background check and a clean drug screen are strict requirements.
Tobacco Policy:
Rainbow Omega maintains a strict no-smoking policy across all ROI premises. This policy applies on or off duty while on company property, and at all times while on duty regardless of location or proximity to an ROI resident.
Compensation & Shift Details Position Type:
Part-Time (27.5 hours per week)
Schedule :
Fixed Monday through Friday routine, keeping your weekends entirely free. Note on
