Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Residential Coordinator to lead and manage our residential groups homes. Responsibilities Coordinate with residential staff and supervise resident care services, ensuring personalized care plans are effectively implemented and regularly updated Oversee compliance with long-term care regulations, health policies, and safety standards to maintain accreditation and quality assurance Provide therapy services to residents. Facilitate communication with residents' families, healthcare providers, and community agencies to support comprehensive care delivery Skills 2+ years of working with clients in a mental health setting 1+ year of management experience Excellent organizational skills Knowledge of healthcare policy regulations related to assisted living, nursing homes, group homes, retirement homes, and long-term care facilities Effective communication skills for engaging residents' families, team members, and community providers
