Monday through Thursday, 8:00 a.m. - 6:30 p.m. Position Summary We are seeking an Assistant Property Manager with experience performing a variety of duties related to leasing residential units. Duties and Responsibilities The individual will perform duties including, but not limited to: Inputting and screening applicants for public housing Conducting interviews Leasing residential units and completing related paperwork in a timely manner Answering telephone calls and responding to inquiries Typing and preparing correspondence and documents Performing data entry Filing and maintaining client records Providing high-level administrative and clerical support Working in a fast-paced environment while multitasking Qualifications and Skills The temporary employee should be a self-starter, have strong communication skills, be comfortable working with the public, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Preferred Experience:
Residential leasing, property management, public housing, or a related housing environment.
