Starting at $80,000/year An established residential property management organization is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of a multifamily community in Huntsville. The Property Manager will be responsible for leading the on-site team, maintaining strong resident relations, and overseeing the operational and financial performance of the community. Key Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations of the community Lead, support, and supervise on-site staff Monitor leasing activity, resident retention, and rent collections Coordinate maintenance operations and follow-up Maintain compliance with company policies and Fair Housing requirements Monitor property performance, expenses, and budget objectives Address resident concerns and promote a positive community environment Ensure operational priorities and service standards are consistently met Qualifications Minimum 2 years of multifamily property management experience High school diploma or GED Previous experience with property management, leasing, and resident relations Working knowledge of Fair Housing requirements Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities and make sound decisions independently What's Offered The starting compensation for this position is $80,000 annually , with additional quarterly incentive opportunities tied to property performance.
