Full-Time - In Person Riverfront Communities is a fast-growing manufactured home community company on a mission to make affordable home ownership easy and accessible. We're expanding our portfolio of communities, and we need an energetic, driven Regional Manager who wants more than just a job — someone who wants to help build something and grow right along with us. This isn't a role for someone looking to coast in an established system. We're a startup, which means things move fast, priorities shift, and the person who thrives here is tenacious, motivated, and excited to wear multiple hats as we scale.
About Us:
We're building a portfolio of manufactured home communities from the ground up, and our residents already notice the difference — they consistently tell us our teams are attentive, professional, and always on top of things. Now we're looking for someone to help us bring that same energy to our next chapter of growth. What You'll Do Take ownership of day-to-day operations across our manufactured housing communities Lead and develop on-site staff, including community managers and maintenance teams Help build processes and systems as we scale — you won't just follow a playbook, you'll help write it and editing it as Ensure communities are maintained to a high standard of safety, cleanliness, and curb appeal Manage resident relations, lease compliance, and issue resolution Drive move-ins/move-outs, home sales coordination, and lot leasing Manage community budgets, including expense tracking, forecasting, and cost control Meet and exceed home sales and lot leasing goals Track and hit company KPIs, including occupancy, collections, and performance targets Manage vendor relationships and operational expenses Ensure compliance with housing regulations across markets Report directly to ownership on performance and growth opportunities What We're Looking For Energy, drive, and a genuine excitement about growing with a company as it scales Manufactured Home Community management experience An entrepreneurial mindset — you are comfortable with ambiguity and figuring things out Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team Proven track record managing budgets and hitting sales/performance targets Excellent communication and resident-relations skills Willingness to travel between community locations as needed A "roll up your sleeves" attitude and love of a fast pace Prior experience in manufactured housing, property management, or multi-site operations Why Join Riverfront Communities Ground-floor opportunity with a fast-growing company Real potential for growth as we expand into new markets Your ideas and initiative will directly shape how we operate Supportive, close-knit team culture Competitive salary based on experience Make a direct, visible impact on residents' lives every day We are an equal opportunity employer If you're ready to grow fast, work hard, and help build something great — we want to meet you.
