Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Community Manager to oversee operations at a multi-family residential community in the Opelika, Alabama area. This is a full-time position for a motivated professional with strong leadership and multi-family property management experience.
Responsibilities include:
Managing day-to-day operations of the community. Conducting leasing activities including showing units, prospect follow ip, and marketing efforts. Process rental applications in a timely manner. Oversee collections and maintain delinquency within established goals (2-5%). Achieve and maintain high occupancy rate in a competitive market. Lead resident retention efforts, including lease renewals and community engagement initiatives. Coordinate turnover and unit renovation processes. Assist with supply ordering and inventory management Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, vendors, staff, and partners Prepare and submit weekly reports to the Regional Property Manager Ensure compliance with all company policies and Fair Housing regulations The ideal candidate is a proactive leader who can independently manage daily operations while maintaining strong occupancy, financial performance, and resident satisfaction. The best candidate for this position will be proficient with multi-family operations, possess working knowledge of how a property management office should run, and can seamlessly step in to keep operations running smoothly. Ideally, the best community manager would have at least 3+ years of management experience.
