Lead project management efforts for key initiatives, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget constraints. Implement process improvements that streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and leadership development throughout the organization. Qualifications Proven experience in senior leadership roles with a strong background in operations management and strategic planning. Demonstrated success in managing large teams with supervising experience across multiple functions. Expertise in change management methodologies and implementing organizational transformation strategies. Strong business development skills with a track record of expanding market share and building strategic alliances. Proficiency in project management tools, budgeting, forecasting, and program management techniques.
