Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Property Manager for a 188-unit multifamily housing community . This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week . Required Experience Tax Credit (LIHTC) experience is required Rural Development (RD) experience is required Previous multifamily property management experience preferred Knowledge of affordable housing compliance requirements Experience with resident files, certifications, recertifications, and compliance documentation Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work effectively with residents, vendors, maintenance staff, and management Responsibilities The Assistant Property Manager will assist with day-to-day property operations, including resident relations, leasing, rent collection, compliance documentation, certifications and recertifications, file maintenance, work order coordination, inspections, and other administrative responsibilities. The ideal candidate must be dependable, organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced multifamily housing environment while maintaining accurate and compliant resident files.
