What You'll Be Doing:
Manage all aspects of daily property operations Market and lease available units in full compliance with fair housing laws Maintain occupancy by managing waitlists, pre-leasing, and resident retention Oversee maintenance staff, contractors, and vendors Handle resident concerns with empathy and efficiency Collect rent and fees, manage financial records using OneSite software Prepare vacant units for rental, ensuring quality and timeliness Maintain accurate and organized unit files and resident communications Analyze operations and provide strategic recommendations to Regional Director Monitor expenses, manage property budgets, and enforce community policies What You Bring to the
Table:
2+ years of multi-family property management experience 1+ year in a leadership or supervisory role Proven leasing and renewal success LIHTC experience (preferred but not required) Proficiency in Microsoft Office and OneSite (preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities A customer-first mindset with a firm yet empathetic approach Ability to work well with diverse individuals and teams
