Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and experienced Community Director to oversee the operations of a community in Fayetteville, AR. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional marketing skills, a background in property management, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. This role requires effective communication and attention to detail, as well as proficiency in administrative tasks related to community management. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the community, ensuring a high standard of living for residents. Manage property maintenance activities and coordinate with maintenance staff to address resident needs promptly. Utilize Appfolio software for managing resident accounts, lease agreements, and maintenance requests. Develop and implement community engagement programs to foster a sense of belonging among residents. Maintain accurate records and files related to property management and resident interactions. Negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers to ensure quality services at competitive rates. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing resident inquiries and resolving issues effectively. Motivating teams to accomplish goals. Foster positive relationships with residents through effective customer relationship management strategies. Experience Proven experience in property management is required. Strong administrative skills with attention to detail. Ability to work independently while also being an effective team player in a collaborative environment focusing on exemplary marketing.
