As a Community Manager, you will be responsible for planning and directing the day-to-day activities of the property, including maintenance staff and vendors, to ensure the goals and objectives of the property are accomplished. Responsibilities:

Market and lease available apartments in full compliance with fair housing laws Provide a high level of customer service and connect with residents Collect and deposit rent, late fees, and deposits using property management software Screen and qualify prospective residents Oversee renovation of vacant units and ensure they are prepared for rental Manage property expenditures in accordance with the budget Respond to resident requests or complaints in a timely and courteous manner

Qualifications:

Minimum of two years of multi-family property management experience One year of management experience with a proven track record for successful leasing and renewal rates LIHTC experience preferred Strong Microsoft Office and property management software skills Excellent problem-solving, multi-tasking, and organizational skills Ability to empathize with residents and staff while enforcing community rules and policies Strong communication ability, both verbally and in writing Join Us Today!
