Collects fees or dues, responds to requests or complaints, supervises maintenance, oversees work done by contractors, and provides accounting of income and expenses. May also assist owners or a board of directors with regulatory compliance or compliance with community association rules. Manages the operation of commercial or residential properties. Oversees the collection of rents and payment of bills, taxes and insurance for properties, and provides property owners with reports on finances and the status of properties. Directs leasing operations, or equipment and machinery rentals, for a company or business. Determines charges and prepares rental or lease agreements; supervises inventory, equipment maintenance and recordkeeping for leasing operations.

We are seeking a passionate, results-driven Property Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in creating a best-in-class living experience for our residents. Position Summary The Property Manager is responsible for the overall operations, financial performance, leasing success, resident satisfaction, team leadership, and asset preservation of a luxury multifamily community. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with a hospitality mindset who can drive occupancy, maximize revenue, lead a high-performing team, and maintain the exceptional standards expected within a luxury community. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Team Development Recruit, train, mentor, and develop leasing and maintenance team members. Foster a positive, professional, and service-oriented culture. Conduct regular team meetings and performance evaluations. Lead by example and maintain high standards of professionalism and accountability. Financial Performance Achieve occupancy, revenue, and NOI goals. Monitor budgets, expenses, delinquency, and collections. Review daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports. Identify opportunities to increase revenue and reduce controllable expenses. Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures. Leasing & Marketing Oversee leasing activities and prospect-to-lease conversion efforts. Ensure all leads are responded to promptly and professionally. Execute marketing strategies to maximize traffic and occupancy. Analyze market conditions, competitor pricing, and trends. Maintain strong relationships with local businesses and preferred employer partners. Resident Experience Deliver exceptional customer service and hospitality. Address resident concerns and resolve issues professionally and efficiently. Promote resident retention through engagement initiatives and outstanding service. Ensure all resident communications are timely, accurate, and professional. Property Operations Conduct regular inspections of grounds, amenities, model homes, and vacant units. Ensure community appearance consistently reflects luxury standards. Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure work orders are completed promptly. Monitor vendor performance and service contracts. Maintain compliance with Fair Housing, OSHA, and company policies. Asset Preservation Protect and enhance the value of the community. Identify maintenance, safety, and operational concerns before they become issues. Oversee capital improvement projects and community enhancements. Ensure all amenities and common areas remain in excellent condition. Qualifications Required Minimum 2 years of multifamily property management experience. Proven success managing apartment community operations. Strong financial and budget management skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Experience with property management software systems. Working knowledge of Fair Housing regulations. Ability to work occasional weekends and resident events. Preferred Luxury apartment community experience. Lease-up experience. Experience with RealPage, Knock CRM, and resident engagement platforms.
