Job Description

Appartment Manager - 100+ Unit Apartment Community Seeking an experienced Appartment Manager to take full operational control of a ~100-unit apartment community and short-term rental units. Candidate must be able to run the property independently with minimal to no onboarding. Yardi experience is a must. Requirements 4+ years managing 100+ unit apartment community Experience with property management software ( Yardi, Guesty, RemoteLock, Airbnb, etc) Able to operate independently without training Short-term rental experience (Airbnb / VR units)
Pay:
$50,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year Application Question(s): Describe a property you managed where you had full operational responsibility (units, staff, budget, vendors) Available to work on weekends?
