Arizona Community First Management is a homeowner association (HOA) management company dedicated to ensuring that communities are well-maintained and run smoothly. We are seeking an Assistant Community Manager who is passionate about customer service, organized, and ready to help us foster a positive living environment for our residents.
Position Overview:
As the Assistant Community Manager, you will work closely with the Community Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the HOA. This includes managing resident relations, coordinating with vendors, maintaining records, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the community. This position is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a desire to grow in community management.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing daily operations of the HOA, including resident communication and general inquiries. Handle administrative duties such as preparing reports, maintaining community records, and tracking vendor performance. Act as the primary point of contact for homeowners, ensuring their needs are met and concerns are addressed. Support the planning and execution of community events and meetings. Ensure compliance with HOA rules, regulations, and policies. Monitor and maintain relationships with vendors, contractors, and service providers. Assist in preparing budgets and financial reports. Attendance at board meetings
Qualifications:
Prior experience in community management or preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Positive, team-oriented attitude with a customer-service mindset.
