Homeowner Associations Location:

Mesa, AZ (Office), Communities are in the Phoenix Metro Area Ogden & Company, Inc. is seeking an HOA Community Manager to oversee a portfolio of homeowner associations, including single-family communities, condominiums, and patio homes. The ideal candidate is a self starter, is organized and professional with a passion for customer service and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day operations for multiple associations. Serve as the primary liaison between the Board of Directors and homeowners. Conduct property inspections and enforce community guidelines. Prepare budgets, solicit bids, and manage vendor relationships. Attend and facilitate HOA board and annual meetings. Resolve homeowner inquiries and community concerns with professionalism and care.

Qualifications:

Experience managing a portfolio of HOAs or similar communities. Strong organizational, communication, and conflict resolution skills. Ability to speak publicly and lead meetings confidently. Knowledge of HOA operations, budgeting, and Arizona community regulations is preferred. Proficiency with property management software is a plus.
