We are professional, goal driven and our goal is to Hire a highly skilled Assistant Manager who will complete all assignments. Will work in a high-energy environment and take personal responsibility for their work. We are looking for someone with a great customer service skill background, who will go the extra mile. Our company is in 5 states and you have the opportunity to transfer to another state if an opening is available. We are looking for an Assistant Manager to join our team, who knows Fair Housing laws and is highly skilled in accounting and budgets. The ideal candidate will have experience in leasing, and contract negotiation, and can perform mid-month audits to ensure the accuracy of data input. You will be responsible for evictions and can attend court. You must have the ability to deliver 3-day notices to residents. Show efficient and timely reporting, maintenance, and submission of all contracts, forms, files, and reports. You must understand the market and can assist with marketing campaigns, residential-retention programs, etc. We are looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
