Qualifications
- High School Diploma/ GED
- Must successfully pass background checks
- Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Complete all State required training classes (CPR & FA, Article 9, Prevention & Support, and etc. )
- Must have a Valid Arizona Drivers license and the ability to drive/ operate agency vehicles.
- Some basic knowledge of technology and computer skills
- Experience in Management within DDD is a must
- Ethical, complex leader who pays attention to details and poses excellent organization skills.
- Need to be accessible 24/7 in the case of emergencies
- One to two years experience within the field preferred Responsibilities Management job duties include but are not limited to ensuring that the home context is upheld with a high standard of care, must have the ability to cultivate a welcoming home atmosphere all while keeping a clean, safe, structured and ordered environment.
- Create and follow weekly staffing schedules, review time sheets, approve worked hours and limit over-time.
- Creating/Maintaining/Auditing Client Files monthly/as needed
- Managers are responsible for the Home and Vehicles cleanliness at all times and ensuring the food and cleaning supplies are maintained within the homes assigned budget
- Attending all member appointments and meetings, completing forms and communicating expectations with the team within a 24 hour time frame of the appointment
- Grocery orders/inventory and corresponding menus weekly
- Assist members with daily living skills and hygiene, meal preparation, household chores, goals, medication administration, relationship building and community involvement
- Complete all state audits in a timely fashion
- Submit all required documentation to administration weekly Managers are expected to be in ratio Monday through Friday with members and staff
- Manager are responsible to ensure all documentation is filled out entirely and correctly at the end of each day and any updates have been added accordingly
- Write objectives, tasks analyses, behavioral Intervention plans
- Ability to write oral and interpersonal communication
