Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Community Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential community. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fostering a positive living environment, ensuring resident satisfaction, and managing community resources effectively. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a thorough understanding of property management practices. Duties Manage resident relations by addressing concerns and resolving conflicts in a timely manner. Oversee leasing activities, including upselling available units and managing contracts. Maintain accurate records through data entry and legal administrative tasks. Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and other relevant laws. Utilize Yardi software for property management tasks, including tracking leases and tenant information. Coordinate maintenance requests using Yardi work order system to ensure timely service delivery. Conduct regular inspections of the property to maintain standards and address any issues proactively. Develop and implement community events to enhance resident engagement and satisfaction. Collaborate with vendors and contractors to ensure quality service delivery. Experience Proven experience in property management or a related field is preferred. Strong conflict management skills with the ability to handle difficult situations diplomatically. Familiarity with Yardi or similar property management software is highly desirable. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on resident satisfaction. Background in sales or upselling techniques is a plus. Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and compliance requirements is essential. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in data entry and record keeping.
