We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Assistant Property Manager to become a vital part of our Baron team. This role entails a blend of operational management, customer engagement, and leadership responsibilities within our property management community. About the Role Under the direction of the Community Manager, you will assist in overseeing daily operations of the property, ensuring both administrative compliance and resident satisfaction. Success will be measured by your ability to promote strong resident relations, engage effectively with prospective residents, and affix fiscal responsibility for the property.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Participate actively in leasing and marketing initiatives to drive property occupancy. Meet and greet prospective residents and vendors, addressing inquiries in a timely and courteous way. Qualify potential residents based on their needs, eligibility, and desirability, adhering to Fair Housing regulations. Conduct property tours with clients, showcasing apartment features and benefits. Complete market surveys accurately as requested by the Community Manager. Maintain thorough knowledge of all application criteria, lease paperwork, rent collection, and move-in/move-out processes. Monitor and pursue delinquent rents while efficiently addressing resident requests and concerns. Assist in the creation and implementation of resident retention programs, including social activities. Report unusual circumstances regarding residents, personnel, or property conditions promptly.
