Our communities are growing and so are our teams! We're hiring a Manager of Community Operations (Community Manager) at Niro in Phoenix, AZ. In this role, you will help keep our communities running smoothly by handling maintenance repairs and contributing to the upkeep of the community, while providing the five-star service that makes Mark-Taylor communities feel like home.   • Compensation The anticipated base pay range for this position is $75,000-85,000/year.
In addition to your base pay, you will be eligible to receive bonuses based on achievement of operational metrics.
Requirements:
3+ years people management experience 2+ years of operational experience in luxury multifamily as a Community Manager, or similar title, required Lease-up experience highly preferred Third party management experience required Demonstrated coaching and development ability BA degree preferred or equivalent professional experience Financial acumen with high proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Excellent communication skills and professional presence Experience using Resman, Yardi, or similar platforms is especially desirable A basic understanding of written and verbal English In This Role You Will Meet or exceed targeted revenue expectations by setting rent rates, managing operating expenses, and diligently monitoring aged delinquency. Prepare and review monthly financial reports with intuitive forecasting and a proactive plan for the financial performance of the asset Coach, mentor, and inspire a team of administrative and service personnel, coordinating their activities and individual goals through tactical planning Oversee the hiring process and ongoing employee performance management through courageous conversations and applicable HR processes. Conduct regular property inspections, propose, and own the resolution plan and execution of property enhancements. Mark-Taylor is an equal opportunity employer and a drug-free workplace.
