Manages property and services on behalf of a community association, for properties such as condominiums or cooperatives. Collects fees or dues, responds to requests or complaints, supervises maintenance, oversees work done by contractors, and provides accounting of income and expenses. May also assist owners or a board of directors with regulatory compliance or compliance with community association rules. Manages the operation of commercial or residential properties. Oversees the collection of rents and payment of bills, taxes and insurance for properties, and provides property owners with reports on finances and the status of properties. Directs leasing operations, or equipment and machinery rentals, for a company or business. Determines charges and prepares rental or lease agreements; supervises inventory, equipment maintenance and recordkeeping for leasing operations.

Kern County | Full-Time, Temp-to-hire | Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM Exact Staff is seeking for a reliable and motivated Property Managers to assist with low-income housing in Kern County. If you are looking for steady full-time work, weekly pay, and an opportunity to grow with a strong team, we want to hear from you. This position is ideal for individuals with excellent customer service skills, great communication skills, and comfortable with rent collections. You will help plan and facilitate all daily residential operations by scheduling maintenance reports and housing regulations.
What You'll Be Doing:
Manage day-to-day property operations, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations Communicate effectively with tenants to address inquiries, concerns, and service requests Coordinate property maintenance and repairs with onsite and/ or offsite maintenance staff Conduct property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards Process rent collections, enforce lease agreements, and manage delinquencies Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation of property activities Market available units, conduct property tours, and manage leasing agreements Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal housing regulations Handle tenant disputes and provide conflict resolution in a professional manner Prepare budgets, monitor expenses, and optimize property performance
Qualifications:
• Must have a high school diploma or GED Previous experience in property management or other related fields Bilingual in English/Spanish is required. Strong knowledge of property management software and Microsoft Office Excellent written and verbal communication and customer service skills Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
